Symposium Committees
Three Symposium Committees work together to produce the annual Symposium.
- Annual Symposium Host Committee – Typically is chaired by the host company. This committee arranges the venue and special events. The host committee also works many of the logistics such as registration and facilities coordination during the symposium.
- Annual Symposium Program Committee – Develops the technical program for the annual symposium. The program committee solicits, coordinates and schedules speakers. The program committee also coordinates presenters and presentations during the symposium.
- Sponsorship Committee – Works with organizations who may wish to help in providing sponsorship of the annual symposium.
